Layla Star & Co began when my daughter became obsessed with making jewellery after receiving a jewellery making kit for Christmas. It’s now become a united mum and daughter passion and we spend most evenings making and creating beautiful handcrafted jewellery. My daughter Layla, very trendy, so she comes up with lots of designs. I, Sasha, have a background in textiles design and love art. Manipulating yarn using macrame techniques has become one of our favourite methods of creating jewellery. We are both lovers of the outdoors, especially the ocean so we draw a lot of inspiration from there. Meaningful symbols and charms and healing crystals and stones also find there way into our designs. Creating pieces that have a deeper meaning other than just aesthetically pleasing is important to us. We like to create things that have a story, that are personal and mean something special to the wearer. We hope you love our jewellery as much as we love creating it for you ?❤️? sasha and Layla x
