Payment Policy
Payment is to be made up front, and for personalised items, the goods will not be started until an acceptance of design proof received.
Delivery Policy
The default postal options is Royal Mail Second Class.
My processing and delivery time is normally 1-4 working days.
If I receive acceptance of proof before 3pm I will aim to ship next day.
Refund Policy
I do not allow returns of personalised items.
For any issues with your order please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
For refunds please contact us to arrange and you must dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional Info
Cancellation for Personalised items are only possible when the source products have not been specifically ordered, or the personalised item has not entered into build stage.

I'm a small business starting up in Newport, South Wales. I enjoy making things, just so see if I can, to the point where I have very little space left in my home so I thought time to get some benefit from some of the creations I have made over time and also from items I can make in the future. This is where Crefftus comes in and gives me another local outlet to the marketplace.
I make wood turned items, Laser engraved items. I try to use recycled materials wherever possible. Items I make are usually from Slate, Wood, Canvas, Ceramic and even Leather. If it can be burned I can try to turn my hand to it.
