I have been using one of these myself at my office for several years and these are great pens!!!

The images with the names on are current stock, however you can select your choice of Wood or Acrylic and I can show examples of available blanks.

All my products are made by me in my studio in South Wales.

I aim to ship 1.3 working days after choosing the required Pen/Blank.

 Items is shipped with a black velvet drawstring bag. 

Payment is to be made up front, and for personalised items, the goods will not be started until an acceptance of design proof received.

The default postal options is Royal Mail Second Class.
My processing and delivery time is normally 1-4 working days.

If I receive acceptance of proof before 3pm I will aim to ship next day.

I do not allow returns of personalised items.
For any issues with your order please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
For refunds please contact us to arrange and you must dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
